Mold screening utilizes air sampling to evaluate airborne mold conditions within a property. Results are compared to outdoor conditions and interpreted in the context of the areas evaluated, helping provide additional information regarding indoor environmental concerns.

What to Expect During Our Visit

We will review the areas of concern and collect indoor air samples from designated locations along with an outdoor control sample. Sampling locations are selected based on the project scope and the conditions observed during the visit.

What Happens After Sampling?

Samples are submitted to an accredited laboratory for analysis. Once testing is complete, findings are summarized in a report identifying mold types, spore concentrations, and any notable observations.

When Is Mold Screening Recommended?
